Everybody run! The dam is going to collapse!

What suggestions and ideas do we have?	What are the key facts?
Can we reinforce the dam so it's more durable?	The tallest dam in America is starting to break apart!
What are the good things about it?	How do we feel about it?
There is nothing good about the biggest dam in America that appears to break and flood everything!	This isn't good! There's going to be a lot of people with no houses for a while. (if it floods)
What things will we need to think about?	What problems might we have?
How is the dam breaking? How do we get the people to safety? Where's the safe zone?	Why is the dam breaking? How can we stop it from breaking?
