Children need Homework!

Children should be given homework because it can keep them busy working. 
  They can do their homework but they have to make sure that they won't destroy it, or else their teacher will get mad.

Homework is good because it can teach things like Literacy and Science that involved spelling new words, and we can make ice cream, butter and make lots of strange things.

Some kids don't like to have homework because they will be angry if it takes long to finish and they want to play their games. 

Adults should help their children with their homework so they can finish it on time for school.

I think children should do their homework because it is a lot of fun and challenging.

Why are we not allowed Ice Cream?

I like Ice cream. It is really delicious. 

Ice cream is not allowed to be eaten when it is frozen because it can damage your teeth.


It should not be eaten because it can be unhealthy, depending on what flavour you eat.

Ice cream is good to eat if it doesn't melt, If it melts then it can spill all over the floor unless if you can put all the melted ice cream inside a cup to drink. 

I think kids should not be allowed to eat ice cream because it can give you brainfreeze. You can tell if you have brainfreeze when your head starts hurting and when it feels cold.


I think ice cream should be given as a treat but not every day when you eat it.

Why aren't we allowed Chocolate?

I think children must not be allowed to eat chocolate because it can make people lazy.

Children, stop eating chocolate! It can damage your teeth!


Why are you eating chocolate? It can make you really unhealthy even if you thought it was delicious with all the sugar in it!

 I thought the most important thing about chocolate is that kids should eat it because it has fruit in it. 

Does fruit in chocolate make you healthy? I think no. 

How can Friends be Better!

I think friends would be better if they will never swear at you. 

I want friends to stop leaving their other friends behind, because the other one will be left alone with nobody to play with.

A friend would be nice if they will never throw their pencils at each other in the classroom because the pencils might hit and hurt them if they are pointy.

I think the most important things a friend can do is that they will play games together and make sure the games are not too rough, so nobody can get hurt.

How Adults/Brothers/Sisters Could be Better!!!

I think Adults would be better if they stop drinking lots of alcohol in front of their children.

1. Adults should play board games with their children more often so they can have fun together.

2. They need to stop smoking because it can damage their children's lungs and it can cause cancer.
 

3. Adults should stop fighting in front of their children so they won't do the same thing when they become adults themselves.

I think the most important one is that adults should  always love,feed and take care of their kids.

This is my Padlet about Hedgehogs.

Auckland Live Field Trip -Aotea Centre

Cool! My school went to Aotea Centre before the school holiday.

 First, I brought muesli bars to eat inside Aotea Centre then we got on a bus so it would drive us there. It was an old building named 
Auckland Town Hall. There was a small amount of security guards.

We put our bags in a room then went to a bigger room. 

There were 4 creative dancers. They made lots of Maori patterns and shapes when they dance. They performed a haka and showed us some of the actions.


Next, we walked to Aotea Centre. On the top floor I used the ipad to see the Digital Art birds in the birdhouse. Some were flying, on the ground and outside the birdhouse. 


After that in the bottom floor there was a big screen with people's faces in it.
 Above them was a note saying how to contact them on a phone. When that was done a larger screen appeared. We had to blow in the phone. It blew strong wind to the people's face and hair in the screen.

The other one was story telling. It was very cool.

The final one was in the Herald Theatre. The actors made a story about saving electricity.

Lastly I had to go back to school in the bus.
It was very Epic...
